Carl Stoudemire

Carl was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Carl started his career with Regency Centers and went on to be the director of business development at Stockton, Whatley and Davin. Through his endeavors, he gained much experience and understanding of the field and decided to start his own commercial real estate company in 1986, Pinpoint Properties, Inc. Some current clients include Regency Centers, Taylor Woodrow Communities, and Eagle Harbor Properties. Carl has used both his know-how and various partnerships to achieve great successes and recognition throughout his career.

Rick Fowler, ALC, CCIM

Rick was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Marketing. Rick has over 22+ years of commercial real estate experience, including 15+ years as a commercial real estate broker (specializing in retail and industrial properties) and 7+ years as a land acquisitions manager for a regional multi-family developer. In addition, Rick is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant).
